Brad Fenton
Executive Director
Brad Fenton is the co-founder of Wynford. With well over three decades of experience in real estate and property management, Brad has established himself as a true leader and respected expert in the industry. He holds several relevant certifications and qualifications, including diplomas in both Marketing Management and Urban Land Economics and is licensed under the Real Estate Services Act as a Broker for Strata Management, Rental Management and Trading Services. He served on the SPABC Board of Directors for 14 years and is an active member of the Real Estate Institute of BC as well as the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. In his nearly 4 decades growing and developing the company, Brad prides himself in the strong, family-oriented workplace culture, service-minded approach to clients and the supportive, team approach. In his off time, Brad is an avid boater and a bit of a car nut.
