When the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) came into effect in 2004, The Wynford Group was the first property management firm to develop a comprehensive Privacy Plan in order to address the privacy regulations within PIPA. As part of our plan, we have also developed a Privacy Code to express our commitment to protecting personal information.
