The principals of Wynford have always maintained an active involvement in operational matters, with a strong commitment to clients and staff. Our leadership team is well equipped, with decades of experience in strata management and the real estate industry.

About Us
We are very proud that our reputation for integrity, knowledge and corporate stability is largely based on the strengths of our strata managers, our financial and administration skills and, most importantly, the longstanding relationships we have with our clients.
From the outset, we have taken a measured approach to growth—carefully considering our capabilities at every stage. In order to maintain our standards and high level of customer service, we have set an upper limit of properties handled by each of our strata managers. This limit is based on the size and requirements of each property managed.
Today, we manage upwards of 200 strata corporations, ranging in size from 10 to over 500 strata lots. In addition to our strata management portfolio, we were commissioned by the Public Guardian & Trustee for the Province of British Columbia in 1985 to become involved in the ongoing management of a complex portfolio of approximately 500 interests in real properties throughout the province.

Our vision for the future is to experience measured, controlled growth while ensuring that Wynford consistently provides and maintains the highest levels of service, administration and professional advice to all our valued clients.
Trust, Corporate Stability, and Legislative Compliance are Key to Our Success
Wynford is licensed, bonded, and fully accredited by key governing bodies and adheres to the requirements of the Real Estate Services Act in the management of property and the maintenance of trust accounts. With respect to the latter, we are subject to audit by the Auditor General of B.C. In addition to organizational oversight, all our strata managers and principals are individually licensed under the guidelines.
Ongoing Education & Development
We support the continuing education and development of our strata managers, administrators and financial staff. We continually seek to increase our overall knowledge and individual levels of professionalism through routine strata manager, departmental and all-staff meetings including both internal and external seminars. We regularly update policy and operational manuals, and maintain a comprehensive data bank and resource library. In addition to internal professional development, we also strive to educate our clients by providing topical and useful information to our clients—including changes in legislation, policy and court precedent setting decisions.
